All content (artwork, products, images, text, design, logos) on this site is the property of CONT9CT and its artists or licensors. No content or products may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission. All intellectual property rights are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

All artworks are produced in limited editions and subject to availability. Due to the handmade nature of sculptures, slight variations from images may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected resale, pricing errors, or policy violations. All purchases are strictly for personal use and not for resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy. No use of bots, scrapers, or automated systems to purchase items. Users must not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the functionality of the website.

Prices are listed in [SGD/USD] and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise noted. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Sales tax applies to orders shipped to jurisdictions where CONT9CT is required to collect tax. Any exchange rate differences or bank fees are borne by the customer.

Estimated delivery: Communicated after order confirmation, subject to production lead time or special projects. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat-rate per country and may include additional fees based on order items and weight. Fees may include an additional handling charge. Buyers assume responsibility for customs clearance and any local regulatory compliance. For allocations kept as a digital token until converted into a physical item, please refer to the product page for terms and conditions.

All risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. CONT9CT is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Any additional shipping and handling fees to be borne by buyers for re-shipping orders. Buyers are encouraged to secure adequate shipping insurance. Buyers assume all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, a refund may be processed, subject to a 5% administrative fee. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and currency exchange fluctuations are non-refundable. Damaged items due to manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence. CONT9CT will review claims on a case-by-case basis. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

CONT9CT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

CONT9CT uses SSL encryption to protect user data. Customer data is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties except where necessary for transaction fulfillment. Data collected includes name, address, payment information, IP address, and communication history for order processing and customer support. By providing this information to us, the buyer represents that they own and consent to our use of such personal data. At any time, the buyer has the right to withdraw or decline consent.If the buyer does not provide the requested information, we will not be able to provide services to them. Users may unsubscribe from receiving promotional or marketing e-mail at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in email.
